    That is a great quote!!! I always say you can visit bad feelings and emotions -- but you don't have to unpack a bag and remain there.

    True, true, true! Just like thankfulness, positivity is a trait we have to cultivate until it becomes a habit. I find it much easier to be negative, but I'm not happy when I feel that way, so just like you I'm working on this one!
