BE Present

I have a new chant whenever I get overwhelmed or stressed.

  1. I need to practice this more. I tend to get bogged down and make myself miserable in the moment. I sure love the new attitudes you are adopting this year, inspirational!

  2. I wear a mantra band every single day, and Be Present is engraved on it. I want one that says Gratitude too. They are great daily reminders.
